Pam Rocker is an atypical activist, speaker, award-winning writer, and performer. She was also chosen as a Top 40 Under 40!
2SLGBTQ+ equality, diversity, and comedy are my passions. I have decades of lived experience in the complex intersections of my own identity, and I bring this wisdom and empathy into every aspect of my work.
Since 2010, I've professionally worked for the full inclusion of 2SLGBTQ+ (Two Spirit, Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer) people in faith communities, start-ups, corporations, non-profits, and educational settings.
I also teach and speak on Diversity, Inclusion, Equity, and Belonging, as well as Social Media Theory, Social Change and Management, Leadership, and more. I go beyond the surface of checkboxes and buzzwords of “diversity, equity, and inclusion” and into the heart of what belonging can look and feel like. How can we curate environments where everyone - and I mean everyone - can not only belong, but be celebrated? How can we seek to embrace our differences instead of flatten them?
I’d love to work with you to create experiences and environments that truly engage and connect people of all kinds.
Let’s work together! Contact me here.
